Chess

I started playing chess in 6 years old.Now, I am 13 yrs old.Last year, 2010,in the month of july, i was happy because represented my state ,Johor to the national level under 12th game.But this year,i lost the level game at the under 15th.I am very dissapointed.How am i going to help it so i can improve my knowledge in chess.
