An email to my teacher.

Today, I sent an email to my english teacher. About what i did during the lunar new year school holiday. He ask my class students who have internet to sent by using his email address. He also has a blog called just-another-teacher.blogspot.com. I wrote a lot of things in it. He will print the email and give it back to us on 22-2-2010. For the student who did not have internet they will give on 22-2-2010 and teacher will tick it on the spot.

Story of percy jackson and the lightning thief

STORY

The movie starts by Percy Jackson(The son of Poisedon called as Perceus is also a demi-god) staying in water for 7min.When he comes out,his friend(Grover) , Percy's protector and a satyr (half man, half goat - not donkey)appreaciate him.In school when he was studying he couldn't understand. But in the museum,he understands the ununderstanded words.His men teacher who is also a satyr knows he is perceus but percy doesn't know anything abut that.Then a lady teacher wants to meet him in a room.When he went in, the teacher wasn't there but a creature asking for the lightning bolt.His men teacher gave him a pen and asks to use it only in danger.As his mother knows, she,percy and grover went to the camp half blood, before entering a monster came and took his mother because only the people with power can enter.He fight back and defeated the monster and his mother was gone.He also fainted.After three days, he knows everything and they had a competition within blue and red team.He is in the blue team.The one who takes the opponents flag wins.When percy reaches near the flag which is nearby the river, a girl named Annabeth a warrior and daughter of the goddess Athena fought with him.He was almost going to die and he hears a sound saying ''go to the water and you will get more power'' His wound was gone. This time he wins. At night they were having a campfire, suddenly from the fire the god(hades,the god of fire)came and asked the lightning bolt within 14 days he would kill her mother and a war between poisedon and zeus will occur.Some hours later, he went to search for his mother alone and Annabeth and Grover knows so, they wanted to follow. Soon they befriend Annabeth, through a special school called Camp Half Blood (Oh boy, can't Riordan get creative with the name?). When Percy is accused of stealing Zeus' lightning bolt and his mother goes missing, Percy realises and that he and his friends must go on a quest to find the real lightning thief.( and the movie continues with the climax )

REVIEW

It was an interesting movie.This is the kind of movie like Harry Potter, or Lords of the Rings, definitely of the same thing. Perhaps you will understand the story line better if you have knowledge of the Greek gods. The Percy Jackson, is half human and half god, because his father who was a god married his mother who was a normal human being. Then the Gods were unhappy because the lightning bolt was stolen and they suspected Percy as the one who did it. If the bolt was not returned to the owner, then there would be war between the two gods. So as the son of a Greek god, what did you expect? Jackson had the superpower needed to save the world.You would know the ending before the interval.

Day in Singapore

Today i went to singapore. I went there to renew my green card. It's alike passport but its much easier. It took aboout 2 hours. After finish doing that,i an my father went to tekka market. We saw a group of chinese people dancing the lion dance. We took some picture with it. Then,we went to the lavender street,The Snow City. Its was so cold. We spent about 1 hours there. We were having so much fun so we forgot to take picture inside there. If you go to singapore,you should go there.Then we took a look at singapore's Universal Studio. It's at Orchard road.We did not enter but we saw it from outside. Its $68 per person. Then we came back home.

Sekolah Saya

SEJARAH SEKOLAH

Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Taman Universiti terletak di penghujung Jalan Pendidikan, Taman Universiti, Skudai. Ia terletak 28 kilometer daripada bandaraya Johor Bahru dan lebih kurang 3 kilometer daripada Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).

Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Taman Universiti telah dibuka pada hari Khamis 1 Disember 1994 dengan seramai 1001 orang pelajar dan 46 orang guru. Pada waktu itu kelas-kelas yang ditawarkan adalah tingkatan Peralihan, Satu dan Dua. Walau bagaimanapun, keadaan sekolah yang belum sempurna sepenuhnya dan keadaan keselamatan yang kurang terjamin menyebabkan warga SMKTUN telah diarahkan berpindah dan menumpang di Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Taman Universiti 2 dan Sekolah Rendah Kebangsaan Taman Sri Pulai.

Akhirnya pada hari Isnin, 3 hb. April 1995, semua warga SMKTUN telah berpindah kembali ke bangunan asal. Sehingga kini, SMKTUN telah menyaksikan perkembangan pesat dari segi jumlah pelajar dan guru, dan telah dinaiktaraf daripada sekolah menengah gred ‘B’ ke sekolah menengah gred ‘A’ pada 1 Januari 1998. Bilangan pelajar sehingga hari ini ialah seramai 3349 orang dan guru seramai 150 orang.

Pada awal tahun 1999, sekolah ini telah memulakan Kelas Pendidikan Khas. Kelas ini adalah untuk pelajar-pelajar yang berkeperluan khas. Iaitu pelajar-pelajar yang menghadapi masalah penglihatan, pendengaran dan penguasaan kemahiran 3M. Setakat ini kelas ini terdiri daripada 4 orang pelajar tetap (2 daripadanya berdaftar dengan JPNJ dengan pengesahan doktor. ) dan 6 orang pelajar yang menumpang untuk kelas BM sahaja.

Pada tahun yang sama, Program SKK ( Sekolah Ke Kerjaya). 25 orang pelajar Tingkatan 4 telah dipilih untuk menyertai program ini. Pada 30 Mac 1999 bermulalah latihan tempat kerja (LTK) untuk pelajar ini, di mana pihak sekolah telah mengambil ketetapan untuk menggunakan kaedah 2 minggu sekolah dan 2 minggu LTK.

My neighbour's marriage

The next day of the chinese new year, my neighbour's son got married to an japanese woman in japanese style.We attended the marriage.In was held in a chinese hotel. I can take the smell so i closed my nose.There was varieties of food but we didn't have enough time to eat anything because we went to fetch my sister from the tuisyen.But before going back,we gave red packets for the groom and bridegroom.Anyway we was enjoying ourself in the marriage.It was the first time i went to the other peoples' marriage.

Lunar New Year Celebration

Although i am not an chinese, i know what happens during chinese new year because all my neighbours are chinese.On the 14th of february,at 12.00am sharp, all my neighbours were starting to play firecrackers.I didn't sleep because i want to see the firecrackers.I came out of my house and saw the beautiful scenery.At 1.00am all of the chinese stopped playing firecrackers and we were tired.So we went to bed.

My Chess competition day in year 2010 under 15

If you have seen my first post,you would have understand.This is the second day of my losing day and we took a group picture before we went back home.The boy on my left is Navin and beside him is Aidi.The boy behind me and Navin is Chun Seng.The boy behind me on the right sight is Zhan Hui.The boy behind Zhan hui is Ah Fong.The boy behind him is Teck Seng.At the bottom of the picture on the left sight is Mrs Queck.the teacher beside her who is wearing a maroon scarf is Mrs Rafidah.The girl beside her and next to her are Nabilah.Both of them have the same name.At the bottom of right sight the girl is Chia hue.The teacher with white shirt is Encik Zainal.He has a blogspot too.(just-another-teacher/blogspot.com)the girl behind him is Wan yee.the girl on the left sight of Wan yee is Cai min.For your information,this Cai min & Chia hue are sisters.Behind Cai min is Ai ling.This are my best chess friends & teachers.

1st place for boys under 15 category

Too bad the organizer decided not to give any trophy to the group winner so we could not bring it back to school. Some people claimed that it would be unfair as a few schools did not have any participants for the boys category (jealousy?). I will make sure i get 1place next year.
The first day, 4 games were held.I made a little carelessness on the first game.I tried my level best in the second game but i still lose.The third game was quite good.I made a little mistake and so did he.So i win.The fourth game was easy too.I won it in 15 min.The next day 3 game was held.I won all the three games.The fifth game was not easy.When they start putting the clock he played too fast and makes mistake.I won.THe sixth game was a very very very dificult.He almost destroyed my defense.He loses in time.The last game was the easiest game i have ever play.I won the game within 10min.i was scared but i won.My total score is 5/7.
